We are hiring Electrical Site Engineering - PACE

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the private sector. As an Electrical Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise all electrical aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources.
2. Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
3. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
5. Ensure that all electrical work is performed in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
6. Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment.
7. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and as-built drawings.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
9. Ensure that all health and safety requirements are met and that all work is carried out in a safe manner.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in electrical engineering.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Electrical Site Engineer, preferably within the private sector.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installation methods.
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
5. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
6. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
9. Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
10. Experience with AutoCAD or other electrical design software is a plus.
