We are hiring Civil Site Project Engineer - PACE

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Site Project Engineer to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a Civil Site Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
2. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that project plans are accurate and feasible.
3. Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites, and ensure that projects are completed according to specifications.
4. Review and analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
6. Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders, including clients, management, and regulatory authorities.
7. Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction projects, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
8. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project plans and specifications.
9. Manage and track project budgets and expenditures, and ensure that projects are completed within allocated resources.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, and mentor junior engineers and staff.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Civil Site Project Engineer, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
3. Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with a diverse team.
6. Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and drawings.
7. Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards, and ability to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
8. Experience in managing and resolving conflicts and issues that arise during construction projects.
9. Proficient in using project management software and tools.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
