Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, vendors, and contractors throughout the duration of a project.
- Understand the scope of work and develop a detailed project schedule and budget, then ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Manage daily operations of the project site and select all materials to be used.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the course of the project, conduct quality control inspections, and prepare progress reports for the client and management.
- Attend job site meetings, as well as meetings with clients, building managements, designers, engineers, and other staffs.
