HR Executive (Dubai)
Join a diversified agency company in central Dubai as an HR Executive. This role is responsible for human resources, personnel and related administration tasks.
Requirements:
· BA degree in Business, HR or a relevant field.
· 1 to 3 years work experience in an HR or Administrative environment.
· Some UAE experience and knowledge of labour laws.
· Good organizational and communication skills.
· Proficiency in HR matter, software and MS Office.
Responsibilities:
Duties include:-
Prepare and issue offer letters.Manage compensation and benefits.Conduct performance appraisals.Oversee the onboarding process.Liaise with government authorities for visas and labour cards.Coordinate health insurance policies.Maintain employee records.Other HR support and guidance.
