Overview of the role:

As a Service Advisor in our Material Handling Equipment division, you will be the key contact between our customers and the service team. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless aftersales journey by managing service consultations, updating customers on repair progress, and delivering a high-quality customer experience that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.

 

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
  • Consult with customers to understand service needs and ensure the job is done right the first time
  • Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure on-time delivery and regular progress updates
  • Provide detailed explanations of completed work and cost breakdowns at delivery
  • Upsell recommended services and control discounting to meet monthly revenue targets
  • Resolve customer complaints to satisfactory closure while protecting brand reputation
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and distributor guidelines
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in documentation and data entry
