- Supervise and review daily accounting transactions including journal entries, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes and ensure timely settlement of financial obligations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and prepare VAT/zakat returns and other regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation and clarifications.
- Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing training and guidance where needed.
- Support the Finance Manager in implementing internal controls and financial policies.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
