To coordinate the development and execution of Occupational Health & Safety work practices across the organization with the requirements of The OHS standards and implement risk management processes. To provide administrative support to the functions of project management & execution, project planning and thereby ensure overall project quality and safety standards are met in line with customers’ requirements.
- Responsible for all HSE requirements of Customers, should be on site fulltime
- Conformance to HSE compliance at sites as per customer quality framework
- Develop project specific safety documents
- Attend all risk management meetings, Customer site/Project meetings
- Carrying out risk assessments and site inspections.
- Conducting thorough investigations into employee injuries, accidents and illnesses to identify potential causes and prevention measures.
- Address health-related complaints and reports to identify recurring hazards and issues that need redressal.
- Analyze site operations and equipment performance to collect statistical data and create accurate reports.
