Key Responsibilities
Furniture Design & Development
- Design custom furniture pieces using CAD and 3D modeling software
- Develop design concepts, technical drawings, and prototypes
- Ensure designs meet aesthetic, ergonomic, and safety standards
Client Engagement
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand design preferences
- Present ideas and revise designs based on feedback
- Advise on materials, finishes, and optimal furniture layout
Project Coordination
- Oversee projects from initial concept through to final delivery
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the process
Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Conduct cost estimates and material selection
- Test product durability, stability, and functionality
- Keep up with industry trends, innovations, and best practices
