- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to ensure all financial data is recorded properly.
- Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Support in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Provide recommendations for improvements in financial processes and internal controls.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insightful financial reports to management.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
