- Collaborate with key users to identify business requirements and develop SAP solutions and best practices to meet their needs that aligned with company strategy.
- Perform regular audits and updates to master data, ensuring it aligns with current business requirements and supports accurate reporting and analysis.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP modules and solutions, including SAP FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM and/or other relevant modules.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of master data within SAP system, ensuring accuracy, integrity, consistency, and compliance with data governance standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting to end-users for SAP.
- Design, develop, and implement BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making.
- Analyze and document business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology or related field. Master's degree will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in supporting and implementing SAP system.
- SAP Certified Associate Business Process Integration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP interface systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes.
- Other SAP Certificates are advantage.
