- Build and nurture strategic relationships with universities, communities, syndicates, and other applicant sources to proactively cultivate a robust and diverse talent pipeline, enhance company’s employer brand, and ensure early access to top emerging talent.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required technical, professional, and cultural fit criteria.
