We are seeking a skilled Fit-Out Engineer with a background in architecture and interior design to oversee and execute fit-out projects across various luxurious residential and commercial buildings in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure that all interior changes adhere to design standards and aesthetic guidelines while maintaining structural integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight:
- Manage the fit-out execution process from design to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work, focusing on aesthetic aspects of lobbies and common areas.
- Aesthetic Evaluation:
- Assess lobby designs and interiors from an aesthetic point of view, providing recommendations to enhance visual appeal and functionality.
- Collaborate with designers and contractors to implement recommended changes.
- Client Communication:
- Interact with unit owners to explain the scope of work, emphasizing that changes are limited to interior modifications without altering the building's structural elements.
- Address client inquiries and provide updates on project status, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all fit-out works comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Liaise with relevant authorities as necessary to obtain required approvals for interior modifications.
- Extensive Traveling:
- Travel frequently within Dubai to various project sites, maintaining effective communication with on-site teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in fit-out engineering, interior design, or construction project management.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with Property Developers in Dubai
