- Review the design tender of Electrical and systems of projects.
- Review and approve Submittals of Technical Material and Shop Drawings for Electrical services of projects.
- Manage testing, commission, training, and handover of electrical works deliverables to clients.
- Coordination and supervision of installation of the Electrical works of projects;
- Responsible for finalizing all received project documents AS, MIR, IR, RFI, QS& Snag list.
- Review and ensure that the documents prepared; meet the quality and standard requirements.
- Responsible for Monitoring and controlling project time schedule till handing over.
- Responsible for project cost analysis/cost control.
- Carry out site inspections and assessments as required and prepare reports when required.
- Coordinate the works and submissions with all other disciplines.
- Carry out technical reviews as appropriate.
- Review and certify Building Services design documentations as a third-party independent when required.
- Co-ordinate the team effort to complete any task as would be required and appropriate if assigned.
- Assist in scheduling requested tasks related to Electrical works.
- Perform other related duties as requested by the Project Manager.
- Responsible for project quality works.
