Job Summary:
The Chef Concierge/Director of Guest Relations is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and overseeing the guest experience at the hotel or resort. They coordinate guest requests, handle reservations, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests, providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
- Coordinate transportation services, restaurant reservations, and special requests for guests.
- Supervise the concierge team and ensure efficient and timely response to guest inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of local attractions, services, and vendors to assist guests.
- Collaborate with other departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and sales to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation services.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is a plus.
