Job Description:
- Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select the seasonal themes, mood board and create new inspiration for the brand.
- Manage design process from conception through to final styling with the Fashion Design Team
- Prepare collection with 30-50 option based on agreed color palette, mood board and fabric.
- Supervise, coach, train the team, and provide support needed.
