- Take Initiatives for employee motivation and team building skills.
- Manage and implement the various in-house training programs to ensure consistent administration, provide open communication and promote a positive and pro-associate work environment
- Advocate the Open Door Policy by assisting in the counselling and/or discipline of associates as needed, through clear, calm and direct oral written communication
- Conduct Interviews, track trends and actively handle company HRIS systems
- Collaborate with regional office and 3rd Party companies to hire the best talent as per company regulations
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Maintain and keep confidential detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Implementing HR management regulations and policies.
- Involve in HRBP function role to deliver solutions in support of business strategies.
- Executing HR practices, and procedures and continuously enhancing HR standard operation procedures.
- Continuously review process of transformation, talent management and workforce planning.
- Deal with employee grievances and offer support and resolution
