  • Take Initiatives for employee motivation and team building skills.
  • Manage and implement the various in-house training programs to ensure consistent administration, provide open communication and promote a positive and pro-associate work environment
  • Advocate the Open Door Policy by assisting in the counselling and/or discipline of associates as needed, through clear, calm and direct oral written communication
  • Conduct Interviews, track trends and actively handle company HRIS systems
  • Collaborate with regional office and 3rd Party companies to hire the best talent as per company regulations
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Maintain and keep confidential detailed job descriptions along with salary records
  • Implementing HR management regulations and policies.
  • Involve in HRBP function role to deliver solutions in support of business strategies.
  • Executing HR practices, and procedures and continuously enhancing HR standard operation procedures.
  • Continuously review process of transformation, talent management and workforce planning.
  • Deal with employee grievances and offer support and resolution
