You will play a key role in sales by promoting UCRYO’s services and packages to potential clients, helping drive business growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing appointment bookings, ensuring smooth scheduling and optimal use of resources.
- Assisting clients with inquiries and explaining the various wellness treatments and packages.
- Promoting UCRYO’s services and packages, and effectively closing sales to meet targets.
- Handling customer payments and processing sales transactions.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized at all times.
- Providing information about UCRYO's offerings and special promotions.
- Maintaining customer records and managing client data with confidentiality.
