- Driver Management: Supervise and support delivery drivers, ensuring they adhere to schedules, traffic regulations, and company policies.
- Cash Collection: Manage cash collection processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
- Driver Recruitment: Recruit, train, and onboard new delivery drivers to meet operational needs.
- Experience with 3rd Party Contracts: Previous experience with 3rd Party Contracts is preferred, with a strong understanding of their operational requirements and processes.
