- Assists in the development and implementation of the Business Plan, Marketing Plan and Budget plan.

- Review the weekly reports from all departments Managers (Production, Quality , Maintenance).
- Working along with Operations manager’s assistance in Planning, forecasting, finalizing and ordering materials
- Presenting Sales analysis report to the management and preparing for the main buying for the seasons.
- Preparing the buying budget and submitting it for management approval
- Responsible for Uniform buying and selling
