- Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all project sites.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and address potential hazards.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations, including NEBOSH, OSHA, and local safety standards.
- Organize and conduct safety training sessions for site personnel, including emergency response and accident prevention programs.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure safety measures are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment on-site.
- Work effectively in remote areas, managing safety operations for complex pipeline and water infrastructure projects.
