We are hiring QC Engineer - Fisia Italimpianti Societa per Azioni Branch Co.

The QC Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction projects within the Project & Construction Planning industry, particularly in water treatment plant projects. This position is essential for maintaining high standards of quality control throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution. The QC Engineer will work closely with project teams to identify quality requirements, implement inspection processes, and ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects, including water treatment plants.
2. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
3. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
5. Train and mentor project staff on quality control practices and procedures.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
7. Participate in project meetings to discuss quality-related issues and provide recommendations.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality control and assurance.
