Key Responsibilities: • Design and Sales Consultation: - Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences. - Create detailed design proposals, including layouts, color schemes, and product recommendations. - Present and sell design solutions, materials, and furnishings to clients. • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design and sales process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. • Project Management: - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications. - Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
