We are seeking a Finance Manager who will manage the finance department, including treasury, budgeting & forecasting, financial reporting and acquisition related work. Additionally, a substantial portion of this role will be managing finance and duties as they become warranted.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure
- Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial performance, projections and other special projects as required)
- Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties
- Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms performance
- Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies) and other corporate policies.
- Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting
- Develop and manage advanced financial models of projected earnings for all divisions of the Company, short-term and long-term cash forecasts.
- Manage monthly and other periodic financial reporting for the company, including executive reporting, cash flow projections, budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze valuation models, purchase and sale agreements, deal terms and risks of potential acquisitions.
- Manage the financial due diligence of acquisition targets, to determine recurring earnings, cash flow and capital requirements.
- Manage integration of acquisitions.
- Act as primary liaison with bank. Ensure financing arrangements are kept current and favorable. Monitor interest rates and debt covenants to ensure compliance.
