1. Preparing design plans and architectural executive plans for external works and interior design plans.
2. Checks plans.
3. Transform AUTOCAD drawings into 3D drawings.
4. Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CAD & 3D Max
with V-ray) software.
5. Create interior drawings based on specifications, calculations and
sketches.
6. Prepare detailed interior architect drawings for residential and
commercial, offices...etc. of projects from rough sketches and
specifications created by engineers and architects to ensure that
construction project is in accordance with design specifications.
7. Specify dimensions, materials, interior specifications, codes, space to
create interior design by themselves or referring to the designer.
8. Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by designers.
9. Calculate dimensions, quantity and allowances with accurate precision.
10. Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
11. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to
time depending to the need.
12. Work under the supervision of designers or architects
13 . Knowledge and work on the Saudi building code
14 . Attaching the applicant's updated previous works (Portfolio) with the CV.
