We are hiring Store Manager

1.       Role

• A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.

Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.

2.       KPIs:

• Sales vs Targets (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) daily reports

• Inventory Management

• Fast moving items vs slow moving items reports (weekly)

• Average Purchase Value reports (weekly)

• Average Transaction Value

• Inventory Turn-over

• Stock to Sales Ratio (quarterly)

• Sell through Rate (quarterly)

• Shrinkage Rate

• Sales team management

• Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual - sales targets vs actuals per salesperson

• Salespersons attendance scheduling

• Team motivation

• Display, products shelving organization, and instore Virtual merchandising.

3.       Education & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
