- Manage design of residential Highrise apartment building project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule and interpret and translate project needs into rough plans
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Find, Pre-qualify & manage external design agencies and ensure they operate within the company design parameters
- Produce “sample” and “mood boards”
