This position will play a significant role in shaping the future of the Company being the successor of the Finance Director role. The role requires someone with experience in more established companies, but who is also willing to engage in substantial groundwork to set a solid foundation. The new hire must be capable of enhancing existing processes and being hands-on in the finance department.
· Prepare Annual Budget
· Drive Quarterly rolling forecasts
· Monthly Financial reporting with detailed variance analysis
· Medium to long-term Strategy building
· Brand/Channel/Category profitability
· Trade spending and control
· Pricing (B2C and B2B)
· IFRS compliance
