A leading wood manufacturing company in Cairo, Egypt is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in wood production and possess a strong technical background. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality, and implementing process improvements. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands
- Monitor and control the production process to ensure efficiency and quality
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Train and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in wood production technology
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wood production
- Strong technical knowledge of wood processing equipment and machinery
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software

المرشح المفضل:
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تصنيع الأخشاب
معرفة فنية قوية بمعدات وآلات معالجة الأخشاب
مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتحليل
القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وفي فريق
تواصل قوي ومهارات تواصل مع الآخرين
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على القيام بمهام متعددة
معرفة لوائح الصحة والسلامة
خبرة في منهجيات تحسين العمليات (على سبيل المثال، Six Sigma)
