We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collaboration Architect to join our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As a Collaboration Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing collaboration solutions for our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions to enhance communication and collaboration within the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement collaboration solutions using tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
3. Create architectural designs and technical specifications for collaboration solutions.
4. Work with IT teams to integrate collaboration solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for collaboration solutions.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in collaboration technologies.
7. Train end-users on how to effectively use collaboration tools and platforms.
8. Monitor and analyze the performance of collaboration solutions and recommend improvements.
9. Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Collaboration Architect or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of collaboration tools and platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365.
4. Experience in designing and implementing collaboration solutions in a corporate environment.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols.
9. Experience with cloud-based collaboration solutions is a plus.
