You will join as a key team member reporting directly to the Managing Director, assuming a pivotal role in our consultancy. Collaborating closely with the MD, you will immerse yourself in understanding the AI, Data, and Digital Transformation markets before taking charge of our UAE and KSA accounts. This includes managing exclusive contracts and fostering existing contingent relationships towards exclusivity. Clear progression paths to Directorship, with equity options for exceptional performance, await you. An exciting opportunity to work in Dubai and benefit from a tax free income further enhances this role.
With a minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience, you will demonstrate a track record of rapid career advancement, notable client acquisitions, and strong billing achievements. Your sector experience may vary, encompassing recruitment of technical experts, business development professionals, and senior management across diverse industries.
