▪ Lead technical resource on (re)insurance operations for client portfolio consisting of broking and insurance management clients.
▪ Continually review and provide operational insights on reinsurance programs of client portfolio
▪ Ensure completeness of client and market data submissions providing necessary feedback and analysis to improve client service or originate new opportunities.
▪ Working with Senior broker and client service teams, support in design of appropriate risk and client solutions.
▪ Take lead on all program functions for insurance management client(s)
▪ Review and finalize contracts, quotations, negotiate renewals and placements with reinsurers.
▪ Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance/reinsurance companies to efficiently communicate client demands and requests internally.
▪ Work with the existing clients’ service team on day-to-day handling of accounts dealing with enquiries and endorsements of new and existing placements.
▪ Prepare and maintain technical documentation and ensure risks and documentation conform to regulatory requirements.
▪ Keep abreast of changing market conditions and inform client service team, carriers, partners and/or clients of major development affecting various types of coverage.
▪ Adhere to all best practices and the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior in all activities
