Job Description:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will support the sales team, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and handle a variety of office and ad hoc duties. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.


Key Responsibilities:


- Sales Team Support:

 - Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings

 - Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments


- KPI Management:

 - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement

 - Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to achieve KPI targets


- Office Duties:

 - Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace

 - Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and redirecting as necessary

 - Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital


- Ad Hoc Duties:

 - Assist with special projects and events as needed

 - Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office
