Position Title: Senior Finance Manager

Salary: up to 25K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading real estate development company for residential and commercial properties across UAE.
Job Description:
-Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract compliance and reporting.
-Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
-Oversee operations by coordinating with external agencies (ex: payroll, benefits, recruitment) and internal staff responsible for other aspects of HR.
-Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, APR status, keep management team updates.
-Knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and Auditing standards. Should be able to guide finance team and carry out all such task connected internal & external audit, tax filling etc.
