1. Conduct training sessions on refractive laser procedures, including PRK, Flap, and ICR. Familiarity with Lenticule removal is highly valued.
2. Provide guidance to Optometrists on patient planning for Excimer and Femtosecond laser
3. Train and mentor Ophthalmologists during refractive laser wet lab
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting Topography and Pentacam reports.
5. Demonstrate expertise in performing refraction procedures.
6. Develop customized treatment plans based on patient needs and requirements.
