Technical Lead – Microsoft D365 Sales, customer service technical / CRM with team lead
experience
Must have 8+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, customer service design and
development experience
Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics Sales, customer service
Should have been part of end to end at least 5 Microsoft D365 Sales, customer service
implementations
Experience of defining/creating solution architecture, functional and technical design
documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM solutions
Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics 365 CRM end-to-end
implementations . Min 4 projects
Expertise in design and hands-on development of Dynamics CRM solutions
Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming,
Dynamics CRM SDK, Mobile Express, SQL Server
Expertise in design and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions on hand-held
devices (Mobiles/iPAD/Tablets)
Must have working experience on Power Platforms
Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with
stakeholders independently
Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics
CRM solution
