Key Responsibilities
Functional
• Review, analyze and align the projected and available manpower to cover the planned flight schedule budget
• Analyze and design high utilization crew pairings
• Manage the variance among full-time available crew (+/- 15Hrs)
• Recommend process and procedural review and enhancements in roster planning tasks
• Exercise independency in deciding and completing routine tasks
• Generate statistics (dashboard components) to assist forecast and data driven decisions
• Initiate and report security related incident on the official reporting system
Operational
• Review and validate fatigue inducing crew pairing &/or crew roster design and implement corrective measures
• Generate & publish crew pairings and crew rosters to cover the published network flight schedule
• Prepare annual vacation days slots and calibrate on monthly basis
• Arrange logistical support to execute the published crew pairings & crew rosters, e.g. seat blockings, accommodation & transportation, crew visa, etc.
• Publish reports to stake holders, e.g. published roster - planned VAC days, ave moBH / rank, etc.
• Propose system enhancement features to improve internal processes
• Initiate strategies in documenting standard practices and prodecures
• Participate in problem handling and solutions delivery
• Preserve and maintain professional interpersonal communication
