1) Refractive laser trainnig including PRK,Flap and ICR ( Lenticule removal is a plus point)
2) Guiding Optomterist on Excimer and Femtosecond lasers patient planning
3) Training and guiding Ophthalmologists during refractive laser wetlabs
4) Knowledge of reading Topography/Pentacam reports
5) Experience in refraction
6) Experience in customized treatment planning
7)Service experience on excimer and femtosecond lasers are plus points
