Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop BIM execution plans for steel structure projects.
- Create and maintain 3D models of steel structures using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit.
- Coordinate clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts in the design phase.
- Generate detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication models for steel structures.
- Review and validate BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Conduct model-based quantity take-offs and assist in cost estimation for steel structure components.
