Software Requirements:
- Proficient in Java development with a focus on Spring Boot and Microservices
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle
- Knowledge of databases, both SQL and NoSQL
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with containerization technology like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role
- Experience in designing and implementing Java-based applications
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices
- Experience in software development using Agile methodologies
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Collaborate with the team to prioritize and develop software features
- Write clean, scalable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality code culture
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Update and maintain documentation for software functionality
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications in Java or Spring Framework would be an added advantage
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability
- An analytical mindset and critical thinking
