Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO's office and other departments within the company.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
- Offer administrative support for various projects led by the CEO.
