We are hiring CIVIL ENGINEER / QUANTITY SURVEYOR FOR STRUCTURAL WORKS

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Technical Office team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Technical office, with a focus on Bridges, Tunnels, Culverts, or related infrastructure projects. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing drawings, estimates, and schedules for these projects, as well as analyzing and interpreting road plan, profile, and cross-section drawings.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare General Arrangement (GA) drawings and setting-out data for Bridges, Tunnels, Culverts, or related infrastructure projects.
2. Create Reinforced Concrete (RC) drawings and bar banding schedules for Bridges, Tunnels, Culverts, or related infrastructure projects.
3. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed estimates for Bridges, Tunnels, Culverts, or related infrastructure projects.
4. Read and understand road plan, profile, and cross-section drawings.
5. Utilize AutoCAD and MS Excel to perform tasks related to drawings, estimates, and schedules.
6. Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
7. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
8. Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
9. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
10. Maintain accurate and organized documentation.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Technical office.
2. Experience in preparing GA drawings and setting-out data for Bridges, Tunnels, Culverts, or related infrastructure projects.
3. Experience in preparing RC drawings and bar banding schedules for Bridges, Tunnels, Culverts, or related infrastructure projects.
4. Experience in preparing BOQ and detailed estimates for Bridges, Tunnels, Culverts, or related infrastructure projects.
5. Capable of reading and understanding road plan, profile, and cross-section drawings.
6. Very good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel programs.
7. Excellent English communication skills.
