We are hiring Shift Supervisors - Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies (VWS)-Saudi Arabia

A reputable company in Jubail, Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced Shift Supervisors to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a maximum of 10 years of experience. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring the smooth running of the shift.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
2. Monitor and maintain the quality of work produced by the team, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
4. Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
5. Prepare and submit reports on shift performance, including productivity, quality, and any issues or incidents.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity.
8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
9. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
10. Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the management.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role.
2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
