· Developing comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Creating detailed schedules using tools like Primavera P6 to ensure all project activities are properly sequenced and aligned.
· Identifying potential risks that could impact project success and developing strategies to mitigate these risks. Regularly reviewing risk registers and implementing contingency plans when necessary.
· Monitoring project progress against established baseline schedules. Generating regular status reports and dashboards that provide insights into project performance, resource utilization.
· Evaluating change requests and their potential impact on project scope, schedule, and budget. Hands-on experience in preparation of Extension of Time claims.
· Analyzing project performance data to identify trends, deviations from the plan, and areas for improvement. Using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement efforts.
· Prepare Project Progress Dashboards.
· Prepare Monthly Reports and Weekly reports.
· Attend Internal and External Meetings.
· Reviewing of sub-contractor baseline schedules, extension of time and all reports.
