Primary Purpose:
- Design and deliver comprehensive soft skills training programs that enhance the professional development of our employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions that align with our organizational goals.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs.
- Uses training resources efficiently to develop the Course Curricula Package (including course outlines, scope/sequence, presentation, participant guide, cheat sheet, self-study references, practical exercises, and training resources).
- Create high-quality T&D deliverables within prescribed deadlines and successfully complete all associated training administrative functions (e.g. Training Progress Report, Post course projects, etc.)
