Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic IT Specialist to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be a Saudi national with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in the IT field and must be a resident of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and ensure system integration.
Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Collaborate with vendors to procure IT equipment and services as needed.
Train end-users on new technologies and provide ongoing support.
Participate in on-call support and handle IT emergencies when required.

المسؤوليات:
تقديم الدعم التقني وحل المشكلات لقضايا الأجهزة والبرمجيات والشبكات.
تثبيت وتكوين وصيانة أنظمة الحاسوب والخوادم وأجهزة الشبكة.
التعاون مع فرق متعددة الاختصاصات لتنفيذ حلول تكنولوجيا المعلومات وضمان التكامل في النظام.
مراقبة وصيانة بنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المؤسسة لضمان أداء وأمان مثلى.
المساهمة في وضع وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
إجراء تدقيق دوري للنظام لضمان الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح المحددة.
البقاء على اطلاع دائم بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات الناشئة لتقديم توصيات للتحسين.
التعاون مع الموردين للحصول على معدات وخدمات تكنولوجيا المعلومات عند الحاجة.
تدريب المستخدمين النهائيين على التقنيات الجديدة وتقديم الدعم المستمر.
المشاركة في دعم الطوارئ ومعالجة حالات الطوارئ في تكنولوجيا المعلومات عند الضرورة.
