We are hiring Administrative Assistant- Jeddah - IKK Group of Companies

  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the HR department goals.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.
  • Assign jobs and duties to office staff as needed, monitor office operations, Manage staff schedules.
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes of meetings.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.
  • Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
