- Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the HR department goals.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Assist office staff in maintaining files and databases.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.
- Assign jobs and duties to office staff as needed, monitor office operations, Manage staff schedules.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes of meetings.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff.
- Assist in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.
- Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
