We are hiring PRO - Alghanim Industries

Our company is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a PRO, you will be responsible for managing all government-related tasks and assisting with various administrative duties. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of local laws and regulations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with government authorities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for all government-related matters, including visa processing, license renewals, and permits.
  2. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and keep updated on any changes or new requirements.
  3. Prepare and submit all necessary documents and applications to government authorities in a timely manner.
  4. Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information and documentation for government submissions.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all government-related transactions and communications.
  6. Follow up on pending applications and escalate any issues or delays to the appropriate authorities.
  7. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding government-related processes and requirements.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in government regulations that may impact the company.
  9. Assist with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  10. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and implement efficient ways of managing government-related tasks.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Qatar.
  2. Extensive knowledge of local laws, regulations, and government procedures.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with government authorities.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and submission.
  6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  10. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate potential issues.
