We are hiring Talent Specialist - Abdullah A. Barrak & Sons Co.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract and hire qualified candidates
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the role requirements
  3. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to source potential candidates
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates
  7. Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
  8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition

Preferred Candidate:

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
