• Greet Customers
• Help customers find items in the store
• Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers.
• Provide customers with information about items.
• Keep track of inventory.
• Elevate complaints to management.
• Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to connect with existing clients.
• Ensure achievement of all sales target
• Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.
• Understanding and promoting the company’s Products and services as assigned.
