Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including design phases, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
- Design Leadership: Lead and inspire architectural teams, providing design direction and ensuring adherence to design concepts and standards.
- Client Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design Development: Oversee the development of architectural design concepts, including drawings, models, and specifications.
- Team Management: Manage project teams, including architects, designers, and support staff, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Budget and Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently and monitor project expenses to ensure projects are completed on budget.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that design deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to proactively address challenges that may arise.
